Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Katsubis Designs! All of our products are custom-made for you by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, our return policy is based on Printful's policies.

Returns for Buyer's Remorse & Size Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, and we are not able to support size exchanges. All sales are final.

Every product is created on-demand, so we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing. Please consult the size chart available on each product page to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

If you receive an item with a quality issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@katsubisdesigns.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Use your Order Number as the subject line.

  3. In your email, please include a clear photo of the item's issue and a brief description.

Once we verify the claim with our fulfillment partner, we will have a replacement sent to you at no cost.

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at hello@katsubisdesigns.com if your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

If you provide a shipping address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner's facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Likewise, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and to claim shipments.

Do Not Return Items

Please contact us at hello@katsubisdesigns.com before attempting to return any products. We do not accept returns of any kind for buyer's remorse. Any unauthorized returns or returns of items without a quality issue will be donated to charity and will not be eligible for a refund.
